Captain's Licensing Course

Sail MV collaborates with Confident Captain/Ocean Pros to offer courses from a Master 100 Ton License down to a Six Pack along with a Sailing Endorsement and Commercial Towing Endorsement.  The Master 100 Ton license allows for the operation of inspected as well as uninspected vessels such as boats, ferries, water taxis and other commercial vessels not exceeding the 100 ton maximum tonnage. The Six Pack license certifies the holder to operate uninspected vessels with no more than six passengers in a commercial capacity and also allows for the operation of small charter boats and water taxis. The Sailing Endorsement permits the holder to operate a sailing vessel in a commercial capacity and the Commercial Endorsement permits the holder to operate a commercial assistance vessel. First Aid and CPR are also offered as part of the course to meet US Coast Guard requirements.
