Varsity Sailing Team

Sail Martha's Vineyard is proud to
have initiated the MVRHS Sailing Team 
first as a club sport in 1995 and later
it became a varsity sport in 2000. 
Determined to keep kids sailing in
the off season, the Fall and Spring HS
program has brought students to the
next level of sailing and created many
marine opportunities for the Island's youth.
It is also one of the few sports that is
Title IX, where girls and boys compete
equally. Sail MV provides the coach salary
and boats and equiment that keep the
team on the water.
