The Quintessential Island Event

The major fundraising effort of Sail MV is the Annual Seafood Buffet and Auction. It is a great Island event with delicious food, and both live and silent auctions. This year's celebration will be held July 6 at the Tisbury Wharf in Vineyard Haven, starting at 5:30 PM. The harbor offers a beautiful backdrop for this special evening.

A fleet of classic wooden sailboats will be tied up at the dock for viewing while everyone enjoys cocktails and listens to the Beetlebung Steel Band.

Again this year, Sail MV will engage the services of Kathy Kingston, CAI as auctioneer. Kathy's company, Kingston Auction Co., specializes in benefit auctions. She will preside over the auction of many wonderful prizes, including a Boston get-away, an African Photo Safari, sails on beautiful wooden boats, Island art and local restaurant dinners.

Reservations are $175 per person or $350 for VIP tickets that include tentside parking, prime table location and complimentary wine.
