19th Annual Seafood Buffet & Auction: Saturday, July 10

The major fundraising effort of Sail MV is the Annual Seafood Buffet and Auction. It is a great Island event with delicious food, and both live and silent auctions. This year's celebration is set for July 10 at the Tisbury Wharf in Vineyard Haven, starting at 5:30 PM. The harbor offers a beautiful backdrop for this special evening.

A fleet of classic wooden sailboats will be tied up at the dock for viewing while everyone enjoys cocktails and listens to the Beetlebung Steel Band.

This year's auction has a new feature: Sail MV is excited to add the expertise of Kathy Kingston, CAI as auctioneer. Kathy's company, Kingston Auction Co., specializes in benefit auctions. There are many wonderful and exciting auction items for Kathy to auction, including an African photo safari, a villa in Tuscany, a house in St Barts, a hunting trip at Shenandoah Plantation in Alabama, and many more. With Kathy's energy and enthusiasm, we look forward to a fun and successful evening. 

The buffet, catered by V. Jaime Hamlin, will offer a fabulous seafood feast including a whole lobster, shrimp, chicken, sweet corn, salad and much more.

Tickets cost $150 and may be reserved here or through Tickets MV or by calling the Sail MV office at 508-696-7644. No tickets will be sold at the door.
