• Seafood Buffet
  The major fundraising effort of Sail MV is the Annual Seafood Buffet and Auction. It is a great Island event with delicious food, and Live and Silent auctions. This year it will be held on July 7,2012 at the Tisbury Wharf in Vineyard Haven, starting at 5:30 PM. The harbor offers a beautiful backdrop for this special evening. A fleet of wooden sailboats will be tied up at the dock for viewing. The buffet by Jaime Hamlin will offer a fabulous seafood feast including lobster, shrimp, swordfish, chicken,corn and salad and much more. Music is provided by the Beetlebung Steel Band. The auction with auctioneer Kathy Kingston, has many one-of-a-kind items; meals at Island restaurants, Boston adventures, paintings by local artists, jewelry, and day sails on beautiful wooden vessels. All to be bid on! Tickets will cost $150 and can be bought on this site or by calling the Sail MV office at 508-696-7644. No tickets will be sold at the door.
• Vineyard Cup
  A regatta weekend with competetive races and fun parties at Beach Road Extension in Vineyard Haven. The event, presented by Men's Journal magazine and hosted by the Black Dog Tavern will take place July 13-15, 2012. The public is invited to join the party!
